Angela Pena de Niz has been matched with her mentor, Anne Westbrook, since the beginning of her freshman year. Anne helped her explore options, encouraged Angela to get more involved in extra- curriculars and school leadership, and they explored scholarship opportunities together. It was recently announced that Angela has been awarded the prestigious Boettcher Scholarship.
Angela was selected as one of only 42 recipients out of over 1,500 applicants and will have a full ride scholarship to any accredited college or university in the state of Colorado.
